Yes, we are an Amish company. We do not use technology, so all communication will be through a handwritten faxed email or through a phone call.

Ordering and Shipping

You can place an order in several ways: We take phone orders, quote orders, email orders, and orders through our online shop.

We ship orders within the next day unless they are vaccines, which we ship out every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you order a vaccine on Thursday or Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. It takes about 3-5 days to ship, and we ship via ground shipping. It will take longer if you are located on the West Coast.

We are located in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania. We ship nationwide, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

We take care to ensure that vaccines and other products that must be shipped cold are in a Styrofoam cooler filled with ice.

Yes! We will happily customize products such as kennel kits (chain link and welded wire), kennel panels, kennel floor runs, and kennel wall panels. We can also customize for kennel renovations. Call us at 717-450-7063 to start customizing!

Yes, products must be returned within 30 days for a full refund and must not have been overly used. Sales are final on custom products. Learn more about your return and refund policy.

Vaccine Questions

No, vaccines do not come with syringes. We offer syringes separately, which you can purchase here.
